Who is this fantabulous band?

Stonehenge, progressive rock quartet with psychedelic trends, committed their misdeed in the underground Toulouse of early 1990s. To learn more, read the biography (in French for now). Also read this interview from Télérama.

What are they now?

Laurent and Sébastien continue the fight within the Hypnoise band. Olivier composes and plays pop songs. Patrick writes software and takes photographs. Éric found his own way in the footsteps of the Buddha.

Why the song is so short?

While the blessed (albeit rare) audience in the heyday of Stonehenge was entitled to live performances of almost three quarters of an hour for the eponymous piece, the tapes offered by the studio were just 30 minutes long. So is it (who would have thought?) a "short" version.

Where are the other pieces?

See the next question.

Where is the album?

The long-awaited CD is finally available :) It is so nice and round in its multicolor Digipak with its 12-page booklet and 3 bonus tracks, and it only awaits your order on the Crealter non-profit label website.

Can I burn a CD with the downloaded file?

Legally, you have this right (see the next question). Technically, you can do it. Musically, however, you should know that audio compression techniques like Ogg Vorbis or MP3 eliminate some of the audio information contained in the original recording, and while the result may appear to be acceptable to the ear, it won't be a CD-quality recording. You should also know that a burned CD life span is much less than the one of a pressed CD.

What is the IANG license?

IANG is what prevents copyright from denying our freedoms, and music from being a merchandise. In short, the IANG license gives you the freedom to do whatever you want with our music, provided you do not use this freedom to the detriment of others. You can listen, copy, distribute our music, if you retain the license and the names of the authors. You can change or cover it, if all the contributors to the new version can participate in the artistic choices. You can also sell our music, if all buyers can participate in the economic choices and decide where their money goes. For more information, visit the IANG website.
